Wild Wing Wednesdays is a new takeout owned by an aspiring young Bermudian chef and caterer, Dakia O'Brien. Her chicken wings (regular or boneless) come with a difference! - sauces of Buffalo (Triple Hot, Buffalo or Sweet Buffalo), BBA (Jerk BBQ, Honey BBQ or Special Sauce), Seasoned (Lemon Pepper or Garlic Parmesan), Alcohol Infused (Tequila Sunrise, Jack Daniels or Black and Coke) and the Classic Sauces (Asian, Bac-on-the-Ranch, Caribbean Breeze, Honey Mustard, mango Tango or Sweet & Spicy Honey). Wings can be ordered in buckets of 6pc, 12pc or 18 pieces and orders of 12 or 18 can be split into two flavours.
Salads are Dae's Garden Salad (Mesculine, cherry tomatoes, onions, mixed peppers, shredded carrots, cucumbers with Italian Dressing), Wahoo Salad (Wahoo nuggets, lettuce, onion, tomato and your choice of sauce) and Boneless Chicken Wing Salad (Boneless wings, lettuce, onion, tomato and your choice of sauce).
Sides include french fries, garlic parmesan fries, WWW fries, coleslaw, mac & cheese and hoppin' john (black eyed peas and rice) and more. Platters are available for order by 50, 100 or 200 pieces and Party Platters can be ordered which will feature boneless wings, spring rolls and meatballs. 48 hours notice is required for platters.
Other menu items are WWW Loaded fries with cheese and bacon, WWW Wahoo Nuggets, WWW Poutine of boneless wings, cheese and sauce, WWW BBQ Chicken Nachos of boneless wings, cheese, salsa and sour cream, Chicken Licking Sandwich of housemade boneless chicken with lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese and burger sauce and lastly the Chicken Combo of 6 wings, fries and coleslaw.
